3rd EHRA Collaborative Course Zagreb
Clinical cardiac electrophysiology and interventional treatment of tachyarrhythmias
Dear colleagues,
We thank you for your interest in 3rd EHRA Collaborative Course Zagreb. We are very sad to inform you that the course will not proceed as planned. In this extremely challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic, course directors in consultation with local regulatory bodies and EHRA have decided to cancel the course planned to be held 16-18 March 2020 in Zagreb.
Our primary concern is the safety of participants, speakers, sponsors, and all of those who had planned to attend the course.
There has been so much uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and the situation has been changing daily regarding the travel restrictions imposed by national authorities, hospitals and sponsor companies. A lot of our colleagues have been already cancelling their participations due to restrictions applicable in their home countries
We are very thankful for the support that has already been shown to us by EHRA, participants and sponsors.
Whether the course will be postponed (held sometime this year) or cancelled and planned for the next year will be decided in months to come.
All grants that have been given to some of the participants will be valid for the next course if they will still want to participate.
